Belts can be welded at our works before dispatch or in site when the belt is installed. Transverse welded seams can be performed at right angles or at sloping angle to the edge of the belt.
Steel belts can be joined by means of rivets. For belt thickness 0,6 mm rivet diameter is 2,7 mm or 4,8 mm on request. For belt thickness over 0,6 mm, the rivet diameter is 4,8 mm. Both carbon and stainless steel belts can be supplied with perforations. For continuous drying, cooling, cooking and dehydration, perforated belts are available with open areas up to 40% of the total surface.
