 TRANSBANDA carbon and stainless steel conveyor belts are produced by highly specialized manufacturing techniques to provide the specific qualities necessary for long, satisfactory service in conveying applications as high tensile strength for long service life and edge straightness for ease of tracking within close tolerances.

 All TRANSBANDA steel belts are subject to quality control inspection at each step of manufacture. Close control of flatness, thickness, width and edge straightness assure the long service life and good operating characteristics of TRANSBANDA belts.

 The TRANSBANDA steel belts can have on the underside rubber vee ropes of special design. These ropes are tracked in terminal sheaves of the same vee shape as the ropes, which ensures the perfect tracking.

The TRANSBANDA steel belt is a continuous, solid smooth belt. The smooth solid surface of a TRANSBANDA belt is inherently more sanitary than a woven or hinged belt.

 Discharge devices such as scrapers and knives can be applied to the belt surface to obtain improved product recovery without fear of damaging the belt. The smooth continuous belt surface can handle liquids, powders, granular materials and pastes.
